It's a new girl in a dark noir cyberpunk style.
I was inspired by the aesthetics of the Maelstrom gang from the game Cyberpunk 2077. There are also influences from "Sin City" and "Renaissance".
I took a random picture with a girl from Pinterest for a pose reference.
Unfortunately, I only have one intermediate picture that shows the drawing process.
So, you can see only three stages of my work:
